MID Bottom Brackets

Mid bottom brackets are the most common standard in modern freestyle BMX. They’re built for frames with a Mid BB shell (about 41mm inside diameter) and use sealed bearings that press straight into the shell, with no cups needed. That makes them compact, light and simple to service, which is why most complete bikes and aftermarket frames run them. They come in 19mm, 22mm and 24mm spindle sizes to suit your cranks. Use spacers to dial in chainline and get rid of play.
