Description

The ION Ti22 is a 22 inch titanium frame. The head tube, bottom bracket and dropouts are Gr5 Ti-6Al-4V, the tubing is Gr9 Ti-3Al-2.5V, and the whole frame weighs 1.56 kg.

Geometry runs a 22" top tube, a 74° head tube angle, a 71° seat tube angle and a 14.1" chainstay slammed, with a 12" bottom bracket height and 9" standover. It takes an IS disc mount to suit 140mm, a T47 68mm bottom bracket shell with a Mid BB adapter, a 25.4mm seat post in a built in clamp, and clears a 22 x 2.2" tyre slammed.

  • Disc brake ready. IS mount sized for a 140mm rotor, with provision for internal brake hose routing once you fit the bottom bracket sleeve.
  • Room for big tyres. Clears a 22 x 2.2" S&M Mainline V2 slammed, and 22 x 2.4" with the wheel further back.
  • Built in chain tensioners. 10mm dropouts at 110mm axle spacing with tensioners built in, so the wheel stays where you set it.
