Description

The Kink Universal Freecoaster Guard is designed to fit with most modern freecoaster hubs, from any brand.

It features a threaded chromoly core that replaces the hubs existing cone nut(s), and also includes a spacing washer for hubs using a wider cone. The nylon guard itself fits over the chromoly core, and is injection moulded from an ultra durable nylon material.

  • Fits most modern freecoasters. Designed to work with most popular freecoaster hubs from any brand, so you are not tied to one hub maker.
  • Threaded chromoly core. The 4130 core threads on in place of your hub's existing cone nut, so nothing extra is needed to mount it.
  • Injection moulded nylon guard. The guard is moulded from an ultra durable nylon that slides on ledges and wears down instead of your hub.
  • Spacing washer included. A washer is in the box for hubs running a wider cone, which widens the range of hubs it will fit.
  • Only 116 grams. At 4.1oz it adds very little to the wheel for the protection it gives the non drive side.
