HUB BODY BEARING

Replacement bearings for all AC-2 hub shell bodies. These are high precision 71804 angular contact bearings. They are sealed and self-lubricating. The unique design of the AC-2 requires the bearing to be used in conjunction with an AC-2 Hub Bearing Cup. The cup has a tapered outer diameter that matches the taper of the AC-2 hub shell bore. This allows for easier installation/removal of bearings as well as smoother operation and prolonged life of the bearings.

IMPORTANT: Angular contact bearings MUST face a certain way. There is a red seal on one side and a black seal on the opposite side. The RED seal always faces out on each side of the hub shell for the bearings to function properly.

-Each hub shell uses two bearings.
