If something looks broken, feels confusing, or you've got an idea that would make shopping here easier, tell us below. Found a bug? The page and your device are the two things that help us chase it down. Got an idea? Plenty of what's on the site started as a customer suggestion.

No need to write much - even "this button is confusing on my phone" is genuinely useful. It goes straight to the crew in Brisbane and we read every one.

What's new on the site

We've been rebuilding parts of luxbmx.com, some of it obvious and some of it under the floorboards. Here's what's changed lately. If any of it doesn't work the way you'd expect, the form above comes straight to us.

  • New

    Build your own Onyx hub

    Pick your hubshell and widget colours from every option Onyx offers: anodised, powder coat, the lot. Watch the hub change as you choose, add a matching cog, choose your axle, and see the price update as you go. Onyx machine and anodise it to your exact spec in Minnesota.

    Two hubs are live so far: the Ultra SS OX-110/20mm rear and the XL 100 Grooved front.

  • You can finally see where the stock actually is

    Every product tells you whether it's on our shelf in Brisbane, sitting with a supplier, or on preorder, with an estimated dispatch date that accounts for our cut-off time, weekends and public holidays.

    No more guessing whether “in stock” means today or next month. If we're not confident in a date, we don't show one.

  • Shipping costs before checkout, not after

    Flat-rate shipping is on the product page, you can check delivery to your postcode without adding anything to your cart, and free Brisbane pickup is there if you'd rather collect.

  • Shopping from outside Australia

    Prices show in your own currency, and international orders quote a real rate for your country instead of a vague “calculated at checkout”.

  • Wishlists that actually do something

    Hit the heart on anything to save it. Sort your saves into named lists (a build, a birthday, a maybe-later) and share a list with someone else. Handy when you'd rather be given the parts than buy them yourself.

  • Staff Picks

    The gear we actually run and recommend, flagged with an amber Staff Pick badge as you browse. Not sponsored placements or whatever we're overstocked on, just 25 products the crew rate, and a collection you can browse in one go.

  • Quicker browsing

    Tap the + on any product tile to check sizes, options and stock without leaving the page. Product photos load a lot faster than they did, especially on a phone.
