Description

The Animal Javelin is a 36 hole cassette hub with a shell CNC machined from 7075 aluminium. The non drive side flange is smaller for better flange protection, and it comes with a 9 tooth driver in either right hand or left hand drive.

The one piece chromoly driver runs on two polymer bushings instead of a set of small bearings, for longer life. The 14mm chromoly axle is hollow with an 8mm hex broach, and the axle nuts are colour matched 7075 aluminium. Weight is 433g.

Features

CNC machined 7075 shell. The 36 hole shell is cut from 7075 aluminium, with a smaller non drive side flange for better flange protection.
9 tooth driver, RHD or LHD. Choose right hand or left hand drive with a 9 tooth driver, so it suits whichever way you run your bike.
Bushings, not tiny bearings. The one piece chromoly driver runs two polymer bushings in place of a set of small bearings, which Animal builds for longer life.
Hollow 14mm axle. A hollow chromoly 14mm axle with an 8mm hex broach keeps weight down and makes wheel removal simple.
433g with matched nuts. Comes in at 433g and includes colour matched 7075 aluminium axle nuts.
