The Box Hex Lab is a 20 inch race rim made from ultra high modulus carbon fibre. Its hex profile is unlike anything else in BMX, and Box's oversized technology makes it one of the stiffest rims on the BMX race market.

Rims take a beating, especially once younger riders start hitting the gaps, and the strength of carbon means they can stay on a 28 hole wheel for longer. Stronger riders benefit from a rear rim that flexes less when accelerating out of the gate and down the hill. Front and rear specific profiles, Symmetrical Dihedral Angle Stabilisers and a machined brake surface for V-brakes round it out, and the rim is tubeless compatible.
