ODI Ruffian Lock-on FL Grip / Blue/Black

Highlights

Flangeless race shape
Vice like grip surface
Loose hands, better flow
130mm grip body

Description

Our favourite race grip, this ODI Ruffian is the flangeless style with vice like surface so you can leave your grip on the bars a little loose, helping out your track flow. How? Gripping the 'bars too tight will lead to tension in the upper body and this is bad news in the rhythm section as you charge down the straight. Loose is fast and you would never think that your grip's surface would lead to better race results, but that's the inside tip from LUX's race coach. ODO Flangeless - 130mm

About the Brand

ODI is without doubt, the leader of the pack when it comes to BMX Grips. Their attention to detail is second to none and it’s no wonder that a bunch of other brands actually get ODI to make their grips for them. If you are looking for some of the longest lasting, most comfortable and reliable grips on the market then slap your hands on a set of ODI’s.

Features

Flangeless race shape. The FL is the flangeless version of the Ruffian, the grip our race coach reaches for on a track bike.
Vice like grip surface. The surface holds your hands well enough that you can leave the grip a little loose on the bars.
Loose hands, better flow. Gripping the bars too tight builds tension through the upper body, which costs you flow in the rhythm section.
130mm grip body. Standard ODI Ruffian length at 130mm, so it sits where you expect on the bar.
