The ION AMP20 is a full-size titanium performance frame built for riders who want maximum response without excess weight. Fast, controlled, and brutally efficient, this is a modern BMX frame designed to reward precision and commitment across park and transitions.

Constructed in an oxygen-free, argon-purged environment, the AMP20 uses certified aerospace-grade titanium throughout. Critical stress zones — the head tube, bottom bracket, and dropouts — are formed from Gr5 Ti-6Al-4V titanium, while the main tubing is Gr9 Ti-3Al-2.5V. The result is a frame that delivers exceptional stiffness where it counts, with titanium’s natural vibration damping smoothing out harsh impacts and reducing rider fatigue over long sessions.

The geometry is dialled for control at speed. A 20” top tube paired with a 12.95” chainstay keeps the bike stable without feeling lazy, while the steep 75.75° head tube angle sharpens front-end response. The 11.6” bottom bracket height provides quick acceleration out of transitions and corners, and the 71° seat tube angle keeps body position balanced and predictable.

This isn’t titanium for the sake of it. It’s a purpose-built frame that blends strength, ride feel, and modern geometry into a platform that feels fast, composed, and ready to be pushed.
