Hand crafted and manufactured in France, the Beringer Expert Crankset is the perfect answer for the younger rider who is becoming more powerful and starting to send the ""big"" side of the track. It's particularly difficult to find cranks of this quality and strength in the 155mm to 165mm range as nearly all Pro cranks start at 170mm, and for years there's been a gaping hole in this segment, with some of the rare alternatives being nearly impossible to find. Beringer have come to the rescue of this generation of riders who are going big, but are only small themselves. These cranks are fully CNC'd from billet 6082 aluminium, which has the highest strength properties of the 6000 series of metals, and run an integrated spindle made of steel, sporting a diameter of 24 mm.
