The BSD NASA rim is designed to be stiff both laterally and radially. It is based on an I-beam design with extra thick tapered sidewalls, extra thick tapered spoke seats, aligned cross over lacing and a curved inner strut.

The profile measures 34mm wide by 18mm tall in 6066-T6 construction, with an ERD of 388mm and a weight of 550g.

Features

Stiff in both directions. Designed to be stiff laterally and radially, so the wheel holds its shape under you.
I-beam profile. An I-beam design with a curved inner strut braces the rim from the inside.
