Features

Alloy replacement frame, 14 inch. 6061T6 alloy construction to put a little rider back on the bike when their old frame gives out.
Light at 1.275kg. Less frame weight for a small rider to throw around and pick back up off the ground.
Geometry sized for small riders. 13.9" top tube, 10.25" rear end, 75.0º head angle and 71º seat angle.
V-brake mounts, gyro tab holes. Run a rear brake, and the 1-1/8" integrated headset has holes for removable gyro tabs.
Clamp, shim and bearings included. Seat clamp and a 25.4mm seat post shim are supplied, with 19mm bearings already in the mid BB shell.

Sizes overlap on purpose, so personal preference comes into it. At this wheel size the top tube barely changes the fit: go by height, and check they can stand over the bike flat footed.

How to measure

Stand your rider against a wall in the shoes they ride in, heels flat, and mark the top of their head. Measure from the floor to the mark.

Between two wheel sizes? Go up. Kids grow into a bike far faster than they grow out of the fun.
They should be able to stand over the top tube with both feet flat on the ground.
