The newest freecoaster in 2022, the Colony Swarm coaster uses the same planetary coaster internals as the Planetary hub. These hubs are lightweight and feature all the best parts in an FC with minimal engagement when pedalling forward.
Please Note: If pulling apart the hub, do not add grease or lubricant! These hubs need to be run dry. If engagement issues are present from new, or persist with inconsistent engagement once the internal resistance mechanism is cleaned dry after a service, the internal resistance mechanism may require replacement - in which case, replacement mechanisms are available for purchase and may be eligible for a warranty replacement if the issue has occurred from new. Note, entire replacement hubs are not eligible for warranty replacement from Colony due to this issue.
