Description

This 20 inch TPU inner tube weighs 22 grams, so it takes weight straight off the wheel without costing much. Ultra light tubes are one of the easier gains you can make on a race bike.

It runs a 65mm Presta valve, also called a French valve, to suit most race rims, and fits tyres from 20 x 1-1/8 through to 20 x 1-3/8. Maximum inflation is set by your tyre pressure rating, not the tube.

  • Just 22 grams. A TPU tube at 22 grams cuts wheel weight, which is the weight you notice most every time you accelerate.
  • Presta valve, 65mm stem. The 65mm Presta stem suits most race rims, so it reaches through without needing an extender.
  • Fits 1-1/8 to 1-3/8 tyres. Sized for 20 x 1-1/8 through to 20 x 1-3/8 tyres, which covers the usual race rubber.
  • Inflate slightly before fitting. Put no more than 5 PSI in before installation, and make sure the valve sits perpendicular to the rim.
  • Rim tape is a must. Use rim tape on every installation, free of debris and lined up with the valve hole.
