Description

A budget quill stem for retro builds, with a 22.2mm shaft that slides into an old threaded fork and a 22.2mm clamp that takes standard BMX bars.

The shaft is chromoly and the head is aluminium, with 111mm of shaft length, 53mm of reach and a weight of 530g. Enough to get a retro rig up and running without spending big.

Features

Quill stem for retro builds. The 22.2mm quill shaft slots into an old school threaded fork, so you can get a retro rig back on the road.
22.2mm bar clamp. Sized for standard 22.2mm BMX bars, so your original bars or a new set both bolt in.
53mm of reach. A 53mm reach puts the bars in a familiar spot without stretching you out over the front wheel.
Chromoly shaft, alloy head. Chromoly where the shaft is clamped by the fork, with an aluminium head to keep the weight sensible at 530g.
111mm shaft length. Plenty of shaft to work with, so you can set the bar height where you want it inside the steerer.
