Description
This hareraiser isn't hair gel, it's a dedicated Dirt Jumper from Fairdale and it comes swinging! Full Chromoly, integrated tensioners and a headset included. Bang on Fareys.

Features
  • Dedicated 26 inch dirt jump frame. 100% 4130 chromoly, designed from the ground up to make moving between MTB, DJ and BMX as seamless as possible.
  • Sealed FSA Orbit headset included. The headset comes with the frame, so that is one less part to buy before you start the build.
  • Tapered head tube, gyro tabs. A 120mm head tube tapered 1-1/8” to 1-1/2”, with removable tabs that fit a traditional BMX-style gyro.
  • Integrated chain tensioners. Built into the 3/8" axle slots, holding tension on ultra-short 379 to 389mm chainstays.
  • Disc brake, 2.3" tyre clearance. A 160mm IS mount out back, room for a 2.3" rear tyre and up to a 30T sprocket.

A 26 inch is the largest BMX wheel, for riders about 160cm and up, on a 22 to 23 inch top tube. It is a ride feel rather than a size step: more roll and stability, still BMX geometry.

Stand against a wall in the shoes you ride in, heels flat, and mark the top of your head. Measure from the floor to the mark.

  • Choose a big wheel for the ride feel, not because you are tall. Plenty of tall riders stay on 20 inch.
  • Coming off a 20 inch? Expect it to feel longer and more stable, and slower to spin.
