New V4 Reynolds frame. Designed by Garrett, constructed from heat treated 4130 crmo with an internal gusseted top tube with an external gusset on the down tube, double butted top and down tubes, heat treated mid BB and head tube, externally butted seat tube with an integrated post clamp. 8mm thick investment cast drop outs with integrated chain tensioners. Brake hardware sold separately.
