Based on the classic, the new Manual CNC brakes are designed to be compatible with both braking systems we offer; Classic and Springhanger, with strong braking power due to their rigid design.


The Manual CNC OG brake version comes with thicker brass bushings for long life, a smoother pull with the Allen Key Only spring plates, and an adjustable A-Hanger to help dial in your brakes. These are the smoothest, most responsive and best performing Flybikes brakes yet!

Features
  • Fits all u-brake mounts. Designed to bolt onto any u-brake system mount, and it works with both the Classic and Springhanger setups.
  • Adjustable A-Hanger. The hanger adjusts, so you can dial the straddle and even up the arms without fighting the setup.
  • Thicker brass bushings. The OG version runs heavier brass bushings for a long life and a smoother, more consistent lever pull.
  • Allen key only spring plates. Spring tension is set with an allen key, so you can balance the arms trackside with one tool.
  • Rigid CNC arms. The stiff design puts more of your lever pull into the pads, which is where the strong braking power comes from.
