The HT XF1 (also known as the HT X1F) is a mountain bike and BMX clipless pedal cleat.

 It connects your cycling shoes to your pedals.

Float: Features an 8° lateral float.

This allows your feet to pivot slightly while clipped in, which protects your knees.
