Got your Mac Pro Plate sorted, now get the right coloured backing insert to become legit. The UCI/AusCycling have regulations on this and listed below is what colours you need to run to race on club nights and bigger events.
Heres the background colour and number colour rules below:
- Male Challenge/Age classes (8 and up)- yellow background with black numbers.
- Female Challenge/Age classes (8 and up) -blue background with white numbers.
- Cruiser classes (all ages) - red background with white numbers
- Sprocket classes (U5, U6, U7) - orange background with black numbers
