Description

The MCS Podium alloy handlebar is made from heat treated 6061-T6 aluminium and fits standard 22.2mm stems. It comes in four sizes aimed at younger riders: 3" rise at 23" wide, 4" rise at 24" wide, 5.5" rise at 26" wide and 6.5" rise at 27" wide.

Backsweep is 6° on the 3" and 4" bars and 7° on the 5.5" and 6.5", with 2° of upsweep across the range. Weights run from 312.9 grams for the 3" up to 471.6 grams for the 6.5". Check the rider weight limits before ordering: 45kg on the 3" and 4", 68kg on the 5.5" and 6.5".

Features

Fits standard 22.2mm stems. The clamp area is standard 22.2 diameter, so it goes straight into the stem already on the bike.
Four rises, 3 to 6.5 inches. Rise and width step up together, 3" x 23", 4" x 24", 5.5" x 26" and 6.5" x 27", so the bar grows with the rider.
Heat treated 6061-T6 aluminium. Heat treated alloy keeps the bar strong while staying light, from 312.9 grams in the smallest size.
Sweep matched to the size. 6° backsweep on the 3" and 4", 7° on the 5.5" and 6.5", with 2° upsweep throughout.
Rider weight limits apply. The 3" and 4" bars are rated to 45kg and the 5.5" and 6.5" to 68kg, so size by rider as well as fit.
