ABA Pro title winner and Olympic rider Khalen Young has kicked off an Aussie component brand MVK and has started with a set of bars that fall right in the sweet spot at 8.5 inches high. Over the years of his Pro riding career, Khalen has spent countless hours gripping bars and charging down start hills all over the world and has designed the MVK Blak Bars for maximum strength by utilising 13 butted chromoly tubes, while keeping the weight low at 850 grams. Sweep is 7 degrees and 4 degrees up.

8.5 inch race rise. A pro race height in the sweet spot for gate starts, measuring 29 inches across the top.
13 butted chromoly. Butted chromoly tubing gives a race bar the strength it needs while holding the set at 850 grams.
7 degrees back, 4 up. Backsweep of 7 degrees with 4 degrees of upsweep puts your wrists in a natural spot down the start hill.
