Description

Pride have released a premium aluminium rim for those not yet jumping on the carbon bandwagon. Manufactured from super strong 6069-T6 aluminium, they have a rim for every race bike and because V-brakes are so last decade, these rims have no braking surface meaning that your race bike is a disc set up. 

This Pride Helium model is the 24 inch cruiser rim and at 343g, are among the lightest rim available for the big rigs. Lighter than most carbon rims out on the market yet, they are still strong with a double-walled construction.

  • 24 inch cruiser rim. A 24" (24-507) rim in 36 hole, made for the big rigs rather than a 20 inch race bike.
  • 343 grams. Among the lightest rims available for a cruiser, lighter than most carbon rims on the market.
  • No braking surface. There is no V-brake compatibility, so this rim suits a disc setup rather than rim brakes.
  • 6069-T6 aluminium. Super strong alloy in a double walled profile, so it stays strong despite the low weight.
  • Presta valve, 483.6mm ERD. Drilled for a Presta valve, with the ERD you need to work out spoke lengths for a build.
