Description

Pride have released a premium aluminium rim for those not yet jumping on the carbon bandwagon. Manufactured from super strong 6069-T6 aluminium, they have a rim for every race bike and because V-brakes are so last decade, these rims have no braking surface meaning that your race bike is a disc set up.

This Pride Helium model is the junior rim, suitable for any bike running 20x1-1/8 or 1-3/8th tyres. Lighter than most carbon rims out on the market yet, they are still strong with a double-walled construction.

Features

No brake surface, disc only. There is no braking surface on this rim, so the race bike it goes on needs to be a disc setup.
Super strong 6069-T6 aluminium. Pride build the Helium from 6069-T6 aluminium, so you get a light rim without going to carbon.
Junior sizing, 451. Sized 20" / 21-451, it suits any junior bike running 20 x 1-1/8" or 20 x 1-3/8" tyres.
Double walled, 28 hole. A double wall build with 28 holes and no eyelets keeps it strong while the weight stays down.
299 grams on the scales. That is lighter than most carbon rims on the market, which is a lot of rotating weight saved for a junior racer.
