Description

The Promax Banger 22.2mm stem has a front-load design for BMX racing and freestyle. They can be used with either side up, providing a 5-millimeter drop or rise. Available with 48-millimeter and 53-millimeter extensions, they are cold forged from the highest quality 6061-T6 aluminum then CNC machined to enhance the shape and further reduce weight.

Features
  • Front load design. The faceplate comes off so you can swap bars without pulling grips, levers and everything else off the ends.
  • Run it either way up. Flip the stem over for either a 5 millimetre rise or a 5 millimetre drop, so bar height is your call.
  • Two extensions. 48mm and 53mm, so you can set reach to suit racing or freestyle.
  • Cold forged 6061-T6. Forged from 6061-T6 aluminium then CNC machined to refine the shape and cut more weight.
  • 22.2mm bar clamp. Made for standard 22.2mm BMX bars, and it weighs 269 grams at 48mm or 276 grams at 53mm.
