If you have a frame without a inbuilt chain tensioner system, then you are risking going over the bars if your hub moves in the dropouts, using your face as a brake. Features

Keeps your axle put. Chain tensioners stop the hub creeping forward in the dropouts, which is what causes a chain to go slack under power.
For frames without tensioners. If your frame has no built in tensioner system, these do the job from outside the dropout.
Fits 3/8 inch and 10mm. They suit both 3/8 inch and 10mm axles, which covers the sizes used on most race hubs.
Two axle hole design. Each tensioner is drilled with two axle holes so you can line it up with your setup.
CNC machined 6061-T6. Machined alloy bodies come in colours, so you can add a bit of detail to the back of the rig.
