Description

The CK-1 crank from Promax is a rare offering in the BMX world being constructed from carbon fibre. A few companies have tried before, but haven't quite cracked the formula. Promax has the experience and the know-how to make a BMX race set of carbon cranks work at the top level.

Manufactured with a 30mm spindle proves that this BMX company knows what they are doing when it comes to maximising strength and stiffness in this vital component.

These cranks offer direct-mount chainring compatibility for additional weight savings, but honestly, not many BMX racers run this set up. Our tip is to grab the 4-bolt 104 BCD chainring adapter, available separately. Then any of your existing 4-bolt chainrings will bolt straight up to these carbon beauties.

Features

Carbon arms, 30mm spindle. Premium carbon arms sit on a 30mm chromoly spindle for increased stiffness and efficient power transfer.
Direct mount or 104 BCD. Runs a direct-mount chainring, or add the Promax 4-bolt 104 BCD spider so your existing 104 rings bolt straight on.
Pedal washers included and required. The washers come in the box and must be fitted when you install your pedals.
9/16 inch pedal thread. A standard 9/16 inch pedal spindle, so your current pedals thread straight into the arms.
Two lengths, 170 or 175mm. A 2 piece crankset in 170mm or 175mm, set up for a single speed 3/32 inch drivetrain.
