A rolled pink RideNow TPU 24 Inch Tube with a Presta (French) valve and black valve stem, secured by clear tape, is positioned on a white background—an excellent option for cyclists seeking ultra lightweight inner tubes to reduce bike weight.

Highlights

  • Fits 24 inch wheels
  • Presta valve, 47mm stem
  • Light where it counts
  • Inflate lightly before fitting

Description

It is well known that the best place to feel a weight reduction on your bike is in the rotating mass of the wheels, and these RideNow TPU ultra lightweight inner tubes go straight after it. This one is sized for 24 inch wheels with a Presta valve on a 47mm stem, and maximum inflation is determined by your tyre's pressure rating.

Fitting takes a little care. Slightly inflate the tube before installation, to a maximum of 5 PSI (0.35 bar). Rim tape must be used, free of any debris and aligned with the valve hole, and the valve needs to sit perpendicular to the rim. Then inflate to your desired pressure and get out to feel the difference.

Features
  • Fits 24 inch wheels. A TPU tube sized for 24 inch tyres and fitted with a Presta valve.
  • Presta valve, 47mm stem. The stem measures 47mm, so check your rim is drilled for a Presta valve before ordering.
  • Light where it counts. The best place to feel a weight reduction is the rotating mass of the wheels, and that is exactly what these tubes target.
  • Inflate lightly before fitting. Put no more than 5 PSI (0.35 bar) in the tube before installation, then bring it up to your riding pressure.
  • Rim tape is essential. Run rim tape free of any debris and aligned with the valve hole, and keep the valve perpendicular to the rim.
