The Salt Rookie USA BB Set is a complete loose ball bottom bracket for frames with a US size bottom bracket shell. It is built for 1 piece and threaded spline cranks, such as the Salt Rookie LB cranks, so it is the set you want when you are rebuilding a stock or entry level setup.

Everything you need is in the box: cups, loose ball bearings, cones and a locknut. Steel cups with chromoly bearings, finished in black, at 314g for the full set.
