Spectre alloy nipples are machined from T6 7075 aluminium, one of the lightest and stiffest materials available, and are made as a match for Spectre titanium spokes. They suit 14g (2.0mm) spokes and a 3.2mm spoke key.
At 14mm long they sit between the usual 12mm and 16mm nipples: long enough to extend through the rim wall, short enough that they do not protrude too far. Each one weighs about 0.3g, roughly 68.4% lighter than brass, and one pack of 75 covers two wheels of 36 spokes or fewer.
