The brains behind Box, BMX legend Toby Henderson brings his design experience to a completely new generation of carbon forks for SPP. Starting with a proven race‑geometry, he re‑imagined every detail around Supersized Technology – larger cross‑sections and muscular shoulders that shift carbon to the places that take the biggest hits, improving stiffness and tyre clearance.
Each fork is crafted from high‑modulus unidirectional carbon fibre legs mated to either an ultralight 6Al‑4V titanium steerer or a cost‑efficient 7075‑T6 alloy steerer depending on the model. The result is a fully integrated crown and steerer that delivers laser‑sharp steering and reduced deflection.
To handle the demands of modern BMX racing, 20 mm thru‑axle dropouts are cold‑forged from aluminium for maximum durability, while an internal butterfly reinforcement strengthens the steerer‑crown interface. 4 models cover 20″ and 24″ wheel sizes with either tapered titanium or alloy steerers, giving riders a choice of durability and price point.
Each fork is finished in a gloss carbon lay‑up with molded SPP graphics and includes a headset wedge for easy headset adjustment. Whether you’re chasing an elite podium or building a high‑end cruiser, SPP’s Supersized forks provide pro‑level precision, strength and style.
