Description

Wethepeople worked with Aussie trail boss and BMX lifer Tyson Jones-Peni on an all out trail and bowl frame. Long, stable geometry meets WTP's frame building, and Tyson is not scared to hit the mainline with serious speed.

This version is disc only, with an IS mount for 140mm to 160mm rotors that works in multiple chainstay positions, new internal cable routing through the top tube, a 127mm head tube, a CNC machined seat stay bridge, a disc brace on the stays and clearance for a 2.4" rear tyre. Butted Japanese seamless 4130 crmo throughout, with a lifetime guarantee.

About the Brand
Wethepeople BMX began making its mark on history almost 15 years ago. Designing the first rough drawings of their frames and forks around the same time as the world started to see BMX in a different light, a time when rails were first grinded and the possibility that riding the streets was in fact the true way forward. Features
  • Disc only trail and bowl frame. The IS mount takes 140mm to 160mm rotors and works in multiple chainstay positions, with a disc brace on the stays for braking stiffness.
  • Long, stable trail geometry. A super long 14"+ chainstay keeps the bike settled at speed down a mainline and through big bowl lines.
  • Internal cable routing. New for this version, the cable runs through the top tube, so the front of the bike stays clean and out of the way.
  • 127mm tall head tube. Fewer spacers needed with an uncut fork, and 1.8mm welding at the head tube backs up the busiest joint on the frame.
  • Room for a 2.4" tyre. A wider rear triangle with larger radius stay tubing gives a stiffer, stronger back end with clearance for a fat rear tyre.
