Bike shipping FAQs
How much does it cost to ship a bike?
It depends on two things: your postcode's band (how far the bike travels from our Brisbane shop) and the size of the bike. Enter your postcode above for your price, or find your band in the table. Checkout uses the same prices.
How long will my bike take to arrive?
Each bike's product page shows when it leaves us. Once it's dispatched, the lookup above shows how long deliveries to your postcode usually take, worked out from the bikes we've already sent there.
Does my bike arrive ready to ride?
Your bike arrives boxed and needs a few parts fitted before you ride, usually the bars, front wheel, pedals and seat. The videos above walk you through it step by step.
What if I order more than one bike?
Each bike is charged at its band price, so two bikes of the same size cost twice the price. Choose the number of bikes in the lookup to see the total.
Do parts ordered with a bike cost extra to ship?
No. Parts ordered with a bike ship in the same delivery at no extra cost on orders of $150 or more.
Can you deliver to a PO Box or parcel locker?
No. Bikes need a street address, as couriers can't leave a bike box at a PO Box or parcel locker.
Can I pick my bike up instead?
Yes. Click and Collect from our Woolloongabba shop is free. Choose it at checkout.
My postcode isn't found. What now?
Check the postcode first. If it's right, get in touch and we'll quote your delivery.
