Description

Paws 4.1 freewheels continue to legacy of ACS competition quality freewheels.  Designed for high-torque applications, they feature 3 pawls engaging simultaneously every 12°.

Paws 4.1 Freewheels thread onto standard 1.375"-24tpi hub threads (if you currently have a 16T or larger freewheel, it is most likely compatible).  Sprocket pitch is 1/2" x 3/32", compatible with both 3/32" and 1/8" wide single speed chains.

Features
  • Three pawls, 12 degree engagement. All three pawls engage at once every 12 degrees, so the drive picks up quickly when you put the power down.
  • Built for high torque. Designed for high torque applications, carrying on the ACS competition freewheel line.
  • Standard 1.375 inch thread. Threads onto standard 1.375 inch by 24tpi hub threads, so it suits most hubs already running a 16T or larger freewheel.
  • Takes 3/32 or 1/8 chain. Sprocket pitch is 1/2 inch by 3/32 inch, which runs either width of single speed chain.
  • Four notch removal. The 4 notch design works with ACS and other brand removal tools, so servicing is straightforward.
