The Alex DA22 is an aero profile, double wall rim for 20 inch wheels, sized for 1 1/8 and 1 3/8 tyres.

It is built with a sleeve joint and has an ERD of 423mm, which is the number you need to work out spoke lengths before lacing it up.

Features

Double wall build. A second wall inside the rim adds material where the spokes pull and where hits land.
Aero profile. The extrusion runs an aero shaped profile rather than a flat box section.
ERD of 423mm. Use the 423mm effective rim diameter to calculate spoke lengths before you order spokes for the build.
Sleeve joint. The rim ends are joined with an internal sleeve.
20 inch, 1 1/8 to 1 3/8. Sized for 20 inch wheels running tyres in the 1 1/8 to 1 3/8 range, so it suits skinnier race style rubber.
