Description

The tried and true Alex DM24 in 26 inch, 559 x 24mm. It is eyeleted, has a machined braking surface and is Schrader valve compatible, so it suits a straightforward 26 inch wheel build.

Weight is 665g with an effective rim diameter of 544mm for working out spoke length. A rim strip is not included.

Features
  • 26 inch, 24mm wide. A 559 x 24mm rim, so it builds into a standard 26 inch wheel with common spokes and hubs.
  • Eyeleted spoke holes. Eyelets spread spoke tension into the rim, so the nipple seats are less likely to pull through under load.
  • Machined braking surface. The sidewall is machined flat, so rim brake pads bite evenly and the lever feel stays consistent.
  • Schrader valve compatible. The valve hole takes a Schrader valve, which is what most tubes at this size come with.
  • 665g, ERD 544mm. Weight is 665g and the effective rim diameter is 544mm, so you can work out spoke length before you start the build.
