Alienation Deviant G69 Rim / Matte Black

Description

The Deviant is one of Alienation's most popular rims, and the G69 version is made from 6069-T6 aluminium, which Alienation rate as 30% stronger than 6061-T6. It comes in matte black only, drilled 36 hole, and weighs 305 grams.

The ERD is 388mm, so you can work out spoke lengths before you lace it up. It is not suited to rim brakes, and Alienation do not recommend it for use on a rear wheel.

Features

6069-T6 alloy shell. Alienation build the G69 from 6069-T6 aluminium, which they rate as 30% stronger than the more common 6061-T6.
36 hole drilling. Drilled 36 hole, so it laces to a standard 36 hole BMX hub with a full spoke count.
305 grams. At 305 grams it keeps rotating weight down on a front wheel build.
Not for rim brakes. There is no brake surface, so plan on running this wheel without a rim brake.
Front wheel only. Alienation do not recommend the G69 for use on a rear wheel, so keep it up front.
