Description

The R2 is a rear race tyre with a directional tread pattern, sized 20 x 1.75 on a 44 casing. It runs a dual compound with a hard centre and soft outer, a 120 TPI casing and Alienation's proprietary TCS bead, and it weighs 340g.

Maximum pressure is 85 psi. Tested on a TCS Malice rim it measures 47mm inflated width and 505mm inflated diameter. To run it tubeless you also need a TCS rim plus TCS valve, TCS tape and TCS sealant, all sold separately.

  • Built for the rear wheel. The directional tread is intended for rear race duty, so it hooks up when you put the power down.
  • Tubeless ready TCS bead. The proprietary TCS bead seals against a TCS rim, so you can run sealant instead of a tube.
  • Dual compound tread. A harder centre and softer outer give you fast rolling down the middle with grip once you lean it over.
