The Avian Cadence Cranks are a 2 piece pro level crankset used by elite racers the world over and a worthy contender to the always-hard-to-get DXRs. Simply put, these cranks can be seen on nearly every gate at a world cup event, and if they are trusted by riders at the pointy end of the sport where the demands and stresses of blasting down a 8m high hill, then they're going to be more than okay for you champ.
Hollow forged 6066 aluminium arms are guaranteed to be strong and stay straight under the highest loads, while a CNC machined 7075 aluminium spider will keep your chainrings on the straight and narrow.
Sizes available in 2.5mm increments from 170 through to 180mm and they come in black and polished silver. A heat-treated 16 spline 24mm chromoly spindle means that you won't need a wacky BB for your frame and they'll bolt straight into every Pro frame on the market. Plus this spindle is tough!

* Please note. Like all hollow forged crank arms, there is a visable line or seam at the end of each crank arm. This is not a defect or manufacturing problem and will not cause the crank to fail. As a result of how the arm is formed and is where the bladder used to create the hollow structure is removed and closed up. Every crank arm that is hollow has a place on them where the molding process has to be closed off after the hollow process is completed, and the end of the arm is the strongest and best place to do it.
