Description

The Box Two is an integrated headset you can set and forget. Precision 45x45 bearings sit under a CNC machined bearing cover, with an aluminium top cap above and a split crown race below.

The parts are 6061-T6 aluminium, anodised with laser etched graphics. It comes in SHIS IS 42/28.6 and IS 42/30, weighs 85 grams, and is designed in the USA and made in Taiwan.

Features

Precision 45x45 bearings. The 45 by 45 degree bearings roll smoothly and are built to take repeated hits over the finish line.
Split crown race included. A split crown race comes in the set, so the headset arrives complete and ready to fit.
Integrated IS 42 fitment. It suits IS 42/28.6 and IS 42/30 frames, the standard integrated sizes on modern BMX.
85 grams complete. The whole headset weighs 85 grams, so it adds very little to the front of the bike.
Anodised with laser etched graphics. The 6061-T6 top cap and bearing cover are anodised and laser etched, so the look stays clean under the stem.
