Description

Box One XL Carbon Forks Pro Lite forks have been designed for the young racer that demands a lightweight carbon fork, yet one that features the strength characteristics of a pro sized fork with a lighter 1-1/8th steerer tube. These forks are a sweet spot for use in junior and expert frames and aimed at the rider that is starting to hit the bigger jumps.

Features
  • Carbon weight, pro fork strength. Designed for young racers who want a light carbon fork with the strength of a pro sized one, at 560g in the 20".
  • Lighter 1-1/8" straight steerer. The extruded and butted 7075-T6 alloy steerer suits junior and expert frames rather than a pro tapered head tube.
  • Cold forged alloy dropouts. 6061-T6 dropouts and butterfly take the load as you start hitting bigger jumps, on a standard 10mm race axle.
  • Vacuum moulded carbon legs. High modulus unidirectional carbon fibre is laid up in a vacuum mould, which keeps the layup consistent and the weight down.
  • Rated to 115kg. Approved with limitations under Category 2 of EN 16054:2012, and the stem lock hardware is included.
