A replacement inner tube from CST, made for 12 inch wheels. It is the size you need to get the little wheels rolling again after a puncture.

It runs a standard car style valve, the same fitting as a car tyre, so a service station pump or a car pump will inflate it. Check your rim is drilled for the larger car style valve before fitting.
