Description

If you are looking for a dream machine for your little ones then look no further than the Cult Juvi 12 Inch Bike! The Cult Juvi is jam packed full of the good stuff and with a brand name like Cult on it- you can rest assured it's an absolute beast! The frame has been constructed from 6061 Aluminium to keep the weight down and the agility up and features a shorter rear end to help with handling. Sealed bottom bracket bearings help to keep the dust and grime out and the 25-9T gearing will have the little ones feeling like a pro! Three piece cranks offer loads of strength where you need it the most on the bike and the loads of epic Cult parts included on this tiny machine makes it such an awesome little bike! These have been incredibly popular over the past few years and it's not hard to see why- this is a premium BMX bike designed specifically for kids.

The Cult Juvenile range has been super popular since it's inception into the Cult complete bikes range. The Aluminium frames, cassette hubs and sealed mid bottom bracket are just the beginning of these great bikes features.

Assembly information

Your bike ships mostly assembled in the box. Finishing it takes most people 10 to 20 minutes with basic tools, and the video above walks through every step.

  • Fit the handlebars and line them up with the front wheel
  • Fit the front wheel, pedals and seat post
  • Check the brakes and tyre pressure before the first ride

Tools: Allen key set and a 15mm, 17mm or 19mm spanner for the pedals and axle nuts (bikes can vary between these three sizes). A socket is needed if installing pegs.

Rather have it done? Ask us about extra assembly before you order, or any local bike shop can finish the build for a small fee.

12 inch BMX sizing

A 12 inch bike suits a rider of about 60 to 91cm, usually 2 to 4 years old, on a 12 to 12.5 inch top tube. It is the first bike after a balance bike.

160cm and up22"21 to 22.25"
160cm and up24"21.75 to 22"
160cm and up26"22 to 23"

Sizes overlap on purpose, so personal preference comes into it. At this wheel size the top tube barely changes the fit: go by height, and check they can stand over the bike flat footed.

How to measure

Stand your rider against a wall in the shoes they ride in, heels flat, and mark the top of their head. Measure from the floor to the mark.

  • Between two wheel sizes? Go up. Kids grow into a bike far faster than they grow out of the fun.
  • They should be able to stand over the top tube with both feet flat on the ground.

Not sure? Send us their height and we will tell you what we would put them on.
