Description

This CYDY TPU inner tube suits 22 x 2.00 to 22 x 2.50 tyres and weighs 47 grams. Compared with standard 22 inch tubes you can save almost half a kilogram on the weight of the bike, without the cost of other lightweight upgrades.

It runs a 45mm Presta valve and comes with a Schrader rim spacer for rims drilled for the larger hole. Fit it with clean rim tape aligned to the valve hole, inflate to a maximum of 5 psi before it goes in the tyre, sit the valve square to the rim, then bring it up to your usual pressure. Maximum inflation is set by your tyre pressure rating.

  • Suits 22 x 2.00 to 2.50. One tube covers the common 22 inch tyre widths, so it drops into most 22 inch wheels.
  • 47 grams per tube. TPU is far lighter than a standard tube, and the pair saves close to half a kilogram of wheel weight.
