Description

The Black Kat is Deity's platform pedal built around a large double sealed bearing system, with a 100mm x 100mm platform that gives your foot plenty to sit on. The body is extruded and CNC machined from 6061 T6 aluminium, with a concave shape, rounded edges at the spindle and traction grooves running through the platform.

The bearing system runs on a DU bushing and is fully serviceable, so the pedal can be rebuilt rather than replaced. An additional pin kit is included with every set. Deity list the intended use as downhill, freeride and dirt jump, and enduro.

Features

100mm x 100mm platform. A large concave platform, so your foot settles into the pedal and stays where you put it.
Double sealed bearing system. A larger double micro sealed bearing system on a DU bushing, fully serviceable so you can rebuild it rather than bin it.
6061 T6 aluminium body. Extruded and CNC machined, which keeps the body thin while holding up to the sort of use Deity build for.
Spare pin kit included. An extra pin kit comes with every purchase, so worn or bent pins can be swapped without another order.
Traction grooves throughout. Grooves through the platform and rounded edges at the spindle, with the concave shape doing the rest for grip.
