The DRS AM front wheel is a straight replacement for a 20 inch BMX bike. It runs a sealed bearing front hub on a 3/8 inch male axle, so it bolts into standard 20 inch forks with the axle nuts you already have.

The rim is a single wall pinned 36 hole, laced up and ready to take a 20 x 1.75" tyre. Sealed bearings mean the front end keeps rolling smoothly without regular stripping and regreasing.
