Description

The Locator is a new addition to the eclat rim family, built around their exclusive LOCATOR technology. A dome shaped profile puts more material around each spoke hole, giving a stronger spoke seat and precision drilling for angle correct spoke alignment.

That lets the rim run lighter and stronger, and lace up to absolute perfection. It is a strong double wall design with thick side walls to prevent dents on hang ups, and straight side walls so you can run a brake.

Features
  • Dome shaped spoke seats. More material around each spoke hole gives a stronger seat and an angle correct drilling, so the wheel laces up true.
  • Straight walls for brakes. Straight side walls give your pads a flat surface to work on, so a brake is on the table.
  • Thick side walls. The side walls are built thick to prevent dents when you come up short and hang up.
  • 436g in 36 hole. A 34 x 16mm double wall section in 6061-T6, flash welded, at 436g and drilled 36 hole.
  • 389mm ERD. A 419mm diameter and 406mm ETRTO with a 389mm ERD, so spoke lengths are easy to work out.
