Description

The Excess LSP crankset is a 2 piece design with forged 6061-T6 alloy crank arms, built to hold their shape when you put the power down and send it to the back wheel.

The 4 bolt spider is affixed to the arm, with a 104mm BCD and a 42mm chain line. A press fit chromoly SCM435 24mm spindle ties the two arms together, and chromoly pedal axle inserts protect the pedal threads. Arm lengths run from 165mm to 180mm.

Features

Forged 6061-T6 alloy arms. A 2 piece forged alloy design gives you torque rigidity when pedalling, so less of your effort is lost flexing the cranks.
Affixed 4 bolt spider. The spider is built into the arm at 104mm BCD, so there is one less part to work loose.
42mm chain line. A 104mm BCD spider set at a 42mm chain line, which keeps the chain running straight on a standard race setup.
24mm chromoly spindle. A press fit chromoly SCM435 24mm spindle carries the load between the arms.
Chromoly pedal axle inserts. Steel inserts at the pedal threads stop the alloy arms wearing out where pedals go in and out.
