Description

For his new frame Jarvis wanted to start from the ground up: new geometry, new graphics, new look. He also wanted a no frills frame, so you will notice there is no ICS2 wishbone and no custom IC dropouts, just the classic tubing, the IC seat clamp and a clean look.

The frame still runs removable brake mounts and built in chain tensioners. The bigger change is the geometry, which is more responsive: a 75.5° head tube, a 13.15" slammed chainstay that can be run out to 13.54", an 11.7" bottom bracket height and a 9" standover, in 20.5" or 21" top tube.

Features

Chainstays from 13.15" to 13.54". Run it slammed for a tighter back end, or let it out when you want more room.
Built in chain tensioners. Set the chain once and the rear wheel stays put, with no separate tensioners to fit.
Removable brake mounts. Keep a rear brake or strip the mounts off for a cleaner frame, with a 9" standover either way.

Frames are sized by top tube length. Start with your height, then let riding style decide where in the range you land.

The height bands overlap on purpose. If you land in two of them, riding style breaks the tie: longer for flow, trails and transitions, shorter for technical street and park. Plenty of riders, pros included, deliberately ride longer than a chart suggests.

How to measure

Top tube is measured from the centre of the seat tube to the centre of the head tube, so it is not the length of the tube you can see. Measure your current frame that way and compare.

Size up for stability through trails and transitions.
Size down if you want the bike quick and twitchy for spins and grinds.
Top tube is fixed once you buy, but chainstay length, stem length, fork offset and bar position all change how the built bike feels.
