Description

The Lacey frame features an engraved Federal logo on the headtube, an inverted Federal logo on the seat stay bridge and top tube gusset. This frame also features the brand new IC dropouts which are smaller to prevent catching when grinding. Graphics designed by Rich Forne.

Features
  • Smaller IC dropouts. The brand new investment cast dropouts are smaller so they are less likely to catch when you are grinding.
  • Integrated chain tensioners. The redesigned dropouts hold the rear wheel where you set it, so your chain tension stays put.
  • Three top tube lengths. Choose 20.5", 20.75" or 21" with a 75.5° head tube angle, 13.75" slammed chain stay and 9" standover.
  • Investment cast seat clamp. The clamp is cast into the frame, so there is no separate clamp to lose or replace.
  • Rich Forne graphics. An engraved Federal logo on the head tube, inverted F logos on the seat stay bridge and top tube gusset.

Top tube is measured from the centre of the seat tube to the centre of the head tube, so it is not the length of the tube you can see. Measure your current frame that way and compare.

  • Top tube is fixed once you buy, but chainstay length, stem length, fork offset and bar position all change how the built bike feels.
